Why Focus on Postmenopausal Women’s Health?
- Discover why “healthspan”—not just lifespan—should be the goal, and how preventing frailty preserves independence, mobility, and quality of life after menopause.
- Understand how muscle mass, protein intake, and simple weight-bearing movement protect bones, metabolism, balance, and long-term vitality.
- Learn how lifestyle habits—sleep, nutrition, activity, social connection, and smoking cessation—dramatically reduce risks for heart disease, dementia, and disability.
