Compassionate and nurturing care

Alameda Acupuncture provides the kind of support for a healthy life that everyone can benefit from.  The compassionate and nurturing care I receive has been invaluable in helping me.  I’m most familiar with John Nieters yet I’ve also seen Phil Settels.  I can recommend both of them highly.  John Nieters brings decades of wisdom, experience, knowledge, and skill to his work with a good dose of warmth and humor.  My health has improved and I’m grateful to have been introduced to qigong and other self-care practices.  I’ve been dealing with a chronic health issue and I find it helpful to balance out my western medical care with an eastern approach, because it works and because it’s empowering.  And John has the insight and expertise to bridge those two approaches very well.  I’m very grateful to have such a resource nearby!
