I am writing this in efforts of giving hope to women who are suffering from early menopause or menopausal symptoms. I was told by my OB that I could not do anything to ease (let alone even reverse) my peri-menopausal symptoms.
I was suffering with up to 5 hot flashes an hour and was an emotional mess. My blood tests showed an FSH levels in November of 2013 were 67. God awful for a 41 year old.

I found Dr. John Nieter’s through his podcast on iTunes about 2 years ago. Being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease 12 years ago, I had struggled with my health and had not been able to find much relief at that time. Doctor’s put me on strong medications, and I eventually went off them due to the side effects and reactions that occurred.
