I am writing this in efforts of giving hope to women who are suffering from early menopause or menopausal symptoms. I was told by my OB that I could not do anything to ease (let alone even reverse) my peri-menopausal symptoms.
I was suffering with up to 5 hot flashes an hour and was an emotional mess. My blood tests showed an FSH levels in November of 2013 were 67. God awful for a 41 year old.

I found Dr. John Nieter’s through his podcast on iTunes about 2 years ago. Being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease 12 years ago, I had struggled with my health and had not been able to find much relief at that time. Dr. John Nieters, Lynn, everyone at Alameda Acupuncuture changed my painfilled exhausted self into a vibrant person again. Severe pain I’d had for 6 months and received lots of useless medications for was treated with herbs, acupuncture and cleansing diet. Pain is gone, folks. I love this place of support and health.
