Perhaps the greatest benefit of acupuncture is that this form of medicine has been practiced for thousands of years and has been specifically used to increase circulation for centuries. At the bedrock of this medicine are the techniques used to stimulate sympathetic responses resulting in blood vessel dilation and increased blood flow. Maybe a simpler way of explaining it is to say acupuncture stimulates energy pathways in the body, thus enhancing blood flow.continue reading »

John is a great healer and a very caring person. His office staff is top notch and always friendly. I suffer from chemical sensitives, which most doctors would write off as depression or just nonsense. After a few months I feel that I am on the path to recovery and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel better than I did a year ago and am looking forward to more improvement.
John and his staff are thoroughly professional while providing personal treatment and offering insights to help me though the medical process. It is great to have such a talented and committed team on my side! And…I love the heat table and other touches that take acupuncture to the next level. John is also a great Tai Chi teacher, but we can’t get him to commit to another class..darn.
